Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide consulting and training for new and existing SKYLINE implementations, post implementation refresher training and training on advanced SKYLINE modules and functionality, i.e. dual entry accounting, financial reporting, F9 and Crystal Reporting
  • Provide front line technical and customer support for SKYLINE software clients, including support on advanced SKYLINE modules and functionality, i.e. dual entry accounting, financial reporting, F9 and Crystal Reporting
  • Perform tasks associated with SKYLINE development and deployment including requirements definition, product testing, product documentation, sales support including product presentations
  • Promote additional consulting services, training time and customer support services to clients
  • Communicate/follow-up with clients in a timely, courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide support to Sales and Testing initiatives as required

Experience Required:

  •   Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline
  •    5+ years relevant experience in working with automated Property Management and Accounting solutions such as SKYLINE, Yardi, MRI, Timberline, One-Site, etc.
  •    Solid Technical aptitude
  •    Strong written and verbal skills
  •    Strong interpersonal skills

Experience Preferred:

  • Certified Trainer, Property Manager or CPA
  • Previous SKYLINE experience
  • Ability to perform data migration
