Program Manager - (PMP) to serve our GSA customer in Washington, DC.  We are seeking a highly motivated leader to provide all aspects of Program Management and deliver solutions.  This PM will lead a team of three people in Database Administration, Acquisition support and Contract Files Management. This position will work both onsite at GSA Headquarters and they will have the ability to telework.  
The Program Manager (PM) shall provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership in the execution of all assigned projects. This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed by personnel, to satisfy the program requirements.   The PM should also be skilled in advising customers and suggesting strategies with the goal of improving the success of the customer’s business operation. The PM is responsible for monitoring the performance of the project by holding status meetings and using tools to evaluate the performance of the project.  The Project Manager will be the primary customer interface with responsibilities for communicating cost, schedule and scope performance.


• Planning, development and problem solving
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Establishes, administers and implements program budgets with customer
• Develop and maintain program timing schedules and milestones for programs
• Discusses and provides regular updates of project status to management
• Monitors adherence to customer contract requirements
• Identifies and resolves potential program issues and challenges



• High attention to detail is required for all deliverables
• Must be familiar with Contracts and Acquisitions
• Understand ACCESS database and technology
• GSA experience is highly preferred
• Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office Product (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) 
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, with proven Process Improvement experience
• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related fields
• PMP Certification required or equivalent
• MS Project



• Must be familiar with Contracts and Acquisitions
• GSA experience is highly preferred
